Deliver Uncompromised Quality & Compliance: Maintain a certified Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 13485 and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). We guarantee total device traceability, strictly adhere to manufacturer-specified storage parameters, and operate rapid post-market surveillance and recall mechanism.
Provide Safe & Healthy Workplaces: Target zero workplace injuries by conducting proactive risk assessments, offering comprehensive Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and training our field technicians on safe clinical-environment protocols.
Minimize Environmental Impact: Drive sustainability by reducing logistics emissions, conserving warehouse energy, and strictly conforming to environmental regulations for disposing of expired components and electronic hazardous medical waste.
Cultivate Continuous Improvement: Routinely audit our distribution networks, review systemic targets, and foster an open safety culture where every employee is actively trained to report compliance risks.
